Client update form and 2010 pricing

Please fill in the following information below to assist us in updating our records.  Preferred method of payment tells us which payment method you prefer to use when paying your invoice with us.

2010 web site prices

• 5 page standard web site or 5 category e-commerce web site - $500 (includes up to 50 product listings in your store).  Please inquire for pricing if you have more than 50 items.
• Monthly search engine optimization package - (this package includes: site map, submission to Google, Yahoo and Dmoz, monthly monitoring or your search engine rankings and reports provided to you on those rankings)  $35 per month or $385 a year if paid in advance (save $35).  Rates will not change for clients who are already subscribed to this package.
• Drupal (content management web site) - $150 per page designed, includes 5 add on modules, additional modules billed at $25 per install and configuration.  A content management site allows clients to add/edit/delete their own web site content.  More details available upon request.  This package is recommended for clients wanting a full featured web site or the ability to control their own content.
• Web site hosting - $60 per year
• Domain name renewal or registration - $15 per year, if you are a Network Solutions registered customer this price varies, please inquire.
• Changes to an existing page - will be billed at $15 per hour, minimum $5 charge.
• New page(s) added to your web site will be billed at $50 per page.  Can discuss discount options if you are adding more than 20 pages

Please note: Invoices are due upon receipt. Invoices older than 14 days will be charged a late fee.  If your company requires more time to process payments please advise us in advance.  Thank you for your consideration.
