I am looking for someone interested in a short term investment opportunity.  The investment amount is $1000 with 2 payback options, the first is a $1300 payback by February 28, 2010 ($300 ROI) or a $2000 payback over the course of 12 months with the first 11 months receiving $165 per month and the final 12 payment of $185 (this is a $1000 ROI).

The reason, I am needing to upgrade my web server and software and am looking at some new video editing software that would allow me to put client video on their web site in a very quick to upload, nice to view format.
